The 40m2 accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and is made up as follows

- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and electric kettle

- LIVING AREA with queen-size sofa bed, dining table and smart TV

- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe

- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower wall.


Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, video intercom, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).


Other things to know
- NO AIR CONDITIONING.

- The bedroom is NOT separated by a door but by a bookcase, therefore the environment is not completely closed.

- Please note the presence of video surveillance cameras outside the structure

- The keys must be collected at the Tabaccheria 18 Caffè, in via M. Angeloni 42, 200 meters from the accommodation. On Sunday ONLY, the keys will be handed over in the presence of one of our operators, as the tobacconist remains closed.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina ( and its basements). Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, is a visit to Assisi and the Basilica of the same name, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the Quintana carousel).

The accommodation is located just 80 meters from the station and 15 minutes by bus from the historic center. Essential services such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are within 100 metres.


- From Perugia airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the AIRLK1 bus line with the final stop "Fontivegge", a 2-minute walk from the apartment (80 meters).


- From Perugia train station you can easily reach the apartment on foot in a few minutes.


- If you are traveling by car, the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can leave your car for a fee in the Il Bove parking area, in Via Campo di Marte 95, 900 meters from the accommodation.
