Mas provençal (traditional farmhouse renovated into a holiday home) located in the heart of the "Enclave des Papes" near Valréas, Richerenches, Grignan, Nyons, Visan and Vaison-La-Romaine.
The recently renovated house is surrounded by vines, lavender, olive trees and holm oak woodland, set back from a small road and away from any habitation. The 65a private property offers all the comforts of a relaxing family holiday. You will enjoy a large traditional courtyard shaded by a plane tree, a swimming pool (5x10) with alarm, steps and spacious flowered and tiled surrounds, a shady garden next to the pool with garden chairs and another large sunny garden with fruit trees. The swimming pool is fitted with an approved alarm.
The courtyard is securely gated and has large tables and chairs for large family meals, a barbecue and a plancha, all protected from any fire hazard. There is also a summer lounge for convivial aperitifs and evenings under the stars.
The ground floor of the house comprises a dining room, a lounge with TV, a kitchen, a cloakroom with toilet and a hall. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes an island. Summer meals are usually served in the courtyard, which is protected from the mistral wind.
Upstairs, the house has 4 bedrooms (11-15m²), each with a private shower room and toilet. The house is equipped with a simple VMC system.
Three bedrooms have a double bed (two slatted bases and very good quality pocket mattresses, 90x200cm each). The bed can be split into two separate beds (on request).
The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, also 90x200cm each.
A 70x140cm child's bed and a 60x120 cot are available on request.
Bedding and towels are provided.
Most of our guests enjoy this holiday destination for days of total relaxation, with games of table tennis and pétanque. They also enjoy the region, which offers a wealth of things to do and see (typical villages, country restaurants, Provençal markets, mountains, rivers, hiking, wine tasting, cultural visits, bike rides). Access to the house is via a small path, at the end of which is the private car park.
