Clean, safe and big enough for three adults. Close to train station.
Parking was street parking with time restrictions so needed to use paid parking at train station. Some of the cooking equipment was quite old.

Good location but flat needs some repair and upgrade given the price.
A number of issues with the interior that needs attention to bring up to the right level.
Parking is an issue - the website states paid on site parking but only available parking is 8pm to 8.30am on the road outside then 3 hours max during the day. Available parking in the public car parks and quite a walk away.

This apartment worked well for our family of four (two adults and two teenagers). We chose it for its size and excellent location, as we needed to be close to family in St Albans. Being so near both the train station and the city centre was very convenient and made getting around easy.
