Villa Bartoli is a magnificent villa with a private swimming pool (10x5mt, depth 1.20-1.90mt, open from 1 May to 30 September) 5km away from the historic centre of Spoleto, one of the most beautiful and historically rich towns in Umbria. The property, entirely fenced in and surrounded by trees and hedges, has a beautiful, well-kept garden with several well-equipped spaces, perfect for relaxing and eating outdoors in total privacy.

Outside, guests have at their disposal a pergola, a barbecue, tables, chairs and deckchairs. The villa is divided into three floors and has been finely renovated keeping the original structure and features intact as much as possible.

Wi-Fi within the villa. It is possible to park directly inside the property. The nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants are about 3 km away.
