The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Plozévet, with sea views, close to the beach, with a surface area of 140 m² and accommodating up to 12 guests.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with sofas, TV, and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, 2 Phillips Senseo coffee machines, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet First floor: - Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160x200), with balcony access - Bedroom 3: A bunk bed, with balcony access - Bedroom 4: A double bed (140x190), with balcony access - Bedroom 5: One double bed (140x190) and one sofa bed - One bathroom with bathtub - One separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, board games, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 800 m² semi-enclosed garden with furniture - A 10 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A 100 m² south-facing terrace The house is ideally located in Plozévet, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Kerrest and Gored beaches, a 20-minute walk away, ideal for swimming, relaxing or seaside walks - Discover the Crozon peninsula, a spectacular coastline with cliffs battered by the winds and the Atlantic Ocean, an hour's drive away - Visit the Pointe du Raz, an iconic natural site in Brittany, just 30 minutes from Plozévet - Explore the town of Quimper, famous for its Gothic cathedral and handmade pottery, about a 35-minute drive away - Discover the port of Audierne, a charming and lively fishing port with restaurants and departures to the island of Sein, a 20-minute drive away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (space for 3 vehicles). You can also park 1 vehicle in the house's garage. Maison bien équipée, grande, avec un beau jardin et un coin bronzage bien protégé. Maison à proximité de la mer. Petit bémol : on ne peut pas laisser les chiens dehors car pas de clôture coté rue et problème de connexion à intérieur nous n y sommes pas arrivés. Propriétaires très sympathique. Beau séjour
