Cocoonr offers this 95 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Carcès, which sleeps up to 6 people.
It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,100 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds and a cot - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, air conditioning (living room, hall and bedrooms). Outside : - A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 10m x 5m, open from 1 May to 30 September. - A lovely private, fenced garden of 1,100 m². - A 60 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A 12 m² south-west-facing raised terrace with furniture - A petanque court The house is ideally located in Carcès, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Hiking - Cycle hire nearby - Visit the Provencal village of Carcès - The Grand Baou waterfall 8 km away - Brignoles 18 km away Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park in the grounds of the property, to the side of the house (3 spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Le-Luc-et-le-Cannet, 30 minutes' drive away - Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence, 1 hour 10 minutes' drive away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Free Wi-Fi available - Animals are not accepted - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
