The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 31 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Albitreccia, 400 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 31 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower).
The apartment comprises
- A 31 m² living room with TV, a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 21m² terrace to enjoy the warm weather
The apartment is ideally located in Albitreccia, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Enjoy water sports: try your hand at jet-skiing, parasailing or paddle-boarding on Agosta beach.
- Explore the Mare e Monti Sud trail, part of this famous hiking route linking sea and mountains
- Visit the medieval church of Sainte-Catherine: this 19th-century church bears witness to the village's rich religious past.
- Explore Corsica's seabed on a scuba diving initiation or outing
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio train station, 20 min. drive
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte airport, 15 min drive
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not provided but are available at an additional cost, payable directly to our local partner: €16
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Only the main room is air-conditioned
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
