The studio is recently modernized with a full makeover in Fall 2022.

An ideal location and proximity to everything Aspen has to offer. This studio can comfortably host up to 2 guests with a queen-sized Casper memory foam mattress.

Please note that the photos show a Murphy bed, but it was recently replaced with a regular Queen-sized bed.

The apartment is on the ground floor, offering easy access. The apartment includes: -Modern furniture -Air Conditioning added in Fall 2023 -Fresh bedding and towels -High Speed Internet -Streaming Cable and Netflix -Plenty of Closet Space -Full Kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, and coffee pot -Professional cleaning service before every stay -All the typical hotel necessities: blow dryer, iron, ironing board, soap, shampoo, and more! HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7.

Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night.

In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver.

We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found.

Guests can choose either option based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.

HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. We love animals, but pets are not allowed per HoA rules.

Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a 500 USD fee. Everything within Aspen is walking distance from our home.

If you have plans to go further out of town, there is a public bus system for transfers to Snowmass Village and Aspen Highlands.
