The property welcomes you with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, as well as a pool, beach chair, barbecue, sun loungers, beach umbrella, board games, sports court, hammock, and game room for your enjoyment. - Located in Chácara Iracema, the house is situated in a quiet area of Salto, with easy access to the city center, markets, restaurants, and the main attractions in the region, such as the Rocha Moutonnée Park and the Railway Station - Enjoy the location to explore the charms and nature of the city! - Your small pet is welcome on the property - Wi-Fi - 10 parking spaces - The bedrooms have a wardrobe, comforter / blanket and ceiling fan - In suite 1 there is 1 queen size bed, electric shower, glass/acrylic shower enclosure and hair dryer - In room 2 there is 1 bunk bed, 5 extra single mattresses - In room 3 there are 7 double mattresses - The bathrooms have electric shower, glass/acrylic or cement shower enclosure, and hair dryer - The kitchen is equipped with various necessary utensils to prepare great dishes: coffee maker, freezer, fryer, stove, oven, refrigerator, blender, microwave, and toaster - The room is very comfortable and in it you will find a coffee table, armchair, sofa, TV, and ceiling fan - Bedding and towels - Washing machine, iron - 110 V and 220 V Outlets - We take this opportunity to state that the stay is for the number of people informed at the time of booking.
