The property welcomes you with 3 suites, 1 powder room, as well as a beach chair, barbecue, sports court, hammock, waterfall, small soccer field, pool with crystal clear running natural water and a lake about 50m from the house for your leisure. - The chalet is 5 min from the city of Ponte Alta - Surrounded by incredible natural landscapes and pure air of the Santa Catarina Mountains - Near waterfalls, trails and ecological tours - Easy access to Lages/SC (44 km) and other tourist cities in the region - Located just 20 km from the Serra Catarinense Regional Airport - Your pet is welcome on the property - Wi-Fi - 3 parking spaces - Smart TV - Fireplace - There is the option to hire a cook (check conditions in advance) - There is another individual chalet on the same plot of land - The bedrooms have wardrobe, comforter/blanket and mattress protector - The 3 suites have 1 double bed, 1 extra single mattress, electric shower, glass/acrylic shower enclosure, and hair dryer (each) - The kitchen is equipped with various utensils, including coffee maker, freezer, fryer, stove, oven, refrigerator, blender, and microwave (except salt, pepper, and oil) - Dining table - The room is very comfortable and in it you can find chair, coffee table, armchair and sofa - Portable fan - Bedding - 220 V Outlets - Smoking is not allowed - The caretakers live on the property - We take this opportunity to state that the stay is for the number of people informed at the time of booking.
