This charming 39 m² flat in Vannes can accommodate up to 2 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is made up as follows: - A 20 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower and WC The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the centre car park or the port car park (both chargeable). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Vannes - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Optional self-catering arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Joli logement agréable, spacieux, lumineux et confortable, très bien situé à Vannes.
L'équipement est très bien, il manquerait peut-être quelques petites choses dans la cuisine (allumettes pour la cuisson au gaz, torchons etc.), mais dans l'ensemble j'ai été très satisfaite du séjour.

La clarté , l’ambiance, l’emplacement au centre ville, le confort de lit et le linge
Problème de chauffe eau, pas d’eau chaude à notre arrivée et le lendemain. Mais nous avons réussi à relancer la chaudière.
Le ménage était moyen ( poussière )
Appartement dans le centre ville historique. 3eme étage sans ascenseur.

Le logement dans son ensemble; l'accueil ainsi que sa position géographique.
Lorsque la pluie tombe abondamment, L'eau s'infiltre par les battis de fenêtre. Celles qui font l'angle de l'appartement.
Prévoir le remplacement de celles-ci.
