Come and stay in this 300m2 mas nestled in the heart of Provence in a 10,000m2 estate dedicated to relaxation.
At your disposal: a large 12 x 6 m swimming pool, an area with a barbecue and sink (non-drinking water), table +7 chairs, an American fridge + cooker (caution: use by minors prohibited)
5 deckchairs and 6 egg chairs, and several outdoor dining areas.
A tennis court accessible to all, so you can enjoy it at any time.
A pétanque court with two sets of 6 boules can be provided on request and without obligation, as well as a large parking area for several vehicles.
The interior comprises, on the first floor, a large living room (TV, home cinema, large fireplace)
A relaxation/reading or work room is available on the entrance level
A dining room
Hand wash basin and WC are available on the ground floor.
A large, fully-equipped, functional kitchen with dining area (American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor fan, coffee machine and all crockery and cutlery is provided).
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, ideal for children with the possibility of 1 extra bed. (mattress).
The other bedrooms all have double beds.
1 cot can also be provided on request.
## Access
You will have private access to the right-hand side of the house, which includes everything described in the ad, as well as to the exterior, the swimming pool and the tennis court.
The garage is not accessible.

Several parking lots in the town center, convenient for all except market days on Thursdays and Sundays (biggest market of the week).

Exterior cameras are installed for your security. There are no cameras inside.
A deposit of €2,000 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the Swikly secure online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
