With five tastefully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms, this villa offers plenty of space for family and friends.
The living room, with separate sitting and dining areas and a modern open kitchen, provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a dishwasher, two separate refrigerators, and a combi microwave with an oven function. The ground floor features two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a sink, bath, and toilet, and an additional separate toilet near the entrance.
On the first floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms with ample closet space, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a covered balcony that overlooks the meadows. Sliding doors with electric shutters provide access to the garden and a spacious covered terrace with patio furniture.
The private pool, which can be heated, offers a large terrace with multiple sun loungers.
The garden also includes a jeux de boules baan for your enjoyment.
Additionally, the villa is equipped with a storage room containing a washing machine, WIFI, and a TV with several international channels.
