Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Gujan-Mestras, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool and Wi-Fi (fibre optic), covering an area of 130 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms and a beautiful outdoor area with a private heated swimming pool.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: The ground floor of the main house: - A 60 m² living room with a TV and a ceiling fan - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - 2 double bedrooms (140 and 160 beds) - A shower room with WC Upstairs in the house: - 2 double bedrooms (180 bed and 140 sofa bed). The larger bedroom has air conditioning. - A shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, barbecue, fan, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A swimming pool (private, heated) - A lovely terrace with all the furniture you need to make the most of sunny days - A pétanque court - A mini football pitch (60 m²) The house is ideally situated in Gujan-Mestras, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest train station: - Nearest airport: On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
