Guests have sole access to the property.

Located on a quiet road close to the town centre, there are various shops, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the property. It's just a 15 minute walk to; The Royals shopping centre, City Beach, Adventure Island, Southend Pier and Southend Central Train Station. Being so centrally located, the town and beaches are easily explored on foot. Southend Central Train Station is just a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away. There is free parking available at the property for those arriving by car.
