It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of around 260 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: - A 45 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed... - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) - An en-suite shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha and tumble dryer. Outdoors: - A private, unheated swimming pool (2.5 x 7 m), open all year round - A lovely enclosed garden of 260 m - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Aups, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Visits to Provençal villages, swimming, the Verdon Gorge, bungee jumping, pedalos, electric boats, via ferrata in the gorges, - A visit to the Villecroze caves - The Sillan waterfall - Toronet Abbey - Moustiers-Sainte-Marie Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s garage and private car park (3 spaces available). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Les Arcs – Draguignan station, approximately 40 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport, approximately 1 hour 40 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Wi-Fi included - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Sehr schönes Luxus-Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos möglich und sehr angenehm. Die Zufahrt ist für lange Autos allerdings schwierig. Unser Auto ist knapp 5 Meter. Ein ungeübter Fahrer kommt damit nicht in die Auffahrt.

Het huis op zich is fantastisch, echt een kado om hier te mogen zijn. Maar er zijn wel een aantal puntjes waar verbetering mogelijk is. Buiten het huis om, had wel aangegeven moeten worden dat er direct vóór en achter het huis gebouwd wordt en aan de weg gewerkt wordt! Ons enige punt van ergernis is...
