Charming villa of 75 square meters, ideal for hosting up to 4 people, with a garden, a large outdoor patio of 25 square meters and private reserved parking.
Located in a strategic position, very close to the sea, the ring roads and the port, it allows you to reach in a few minutes both the splendid beaches of the area, such as Cala San Giovanni, and the center of Polignano a Mare, with all its attractions.
The accommodation consists of a dining area with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The house is organized as follows:
- DINING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, moka, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table and TV;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed and clothes rack;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet;
- PATIO with dining table, chairs and outdoor table, sofa and armchairs, sun loungers, ping pong table, barbecue and outdoor shower.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi MAXIMUM 50 GIGA/MONTH, air conditioning (split in the dining area), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
