San Martino is a beautiful and very comfortable holiday home nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, southwest of Florence.
Surrounded by stunning landscapes and offering generous indoor and outdoor space, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Just a few kilometres away is the charming hilltop town of Certaldo, known for its historic buildings, small shops, and inviting restaurants.
San Gimignano is only 30 minutes away.
Its historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the town is also well known for Vernaccia white wine and the award-winning Gelateria Dondoli.
Florence, Siena, Volterra, and Pisa are also ideal for day trips.
The house is set in a quiet, rural location.
Built from natural stone, it features a covered loggia along the front with a dining table and a large, comfortable sofa.
The beautifully kept garden is filled with flowering plants and ancient olive trees, offering more seating areas and double hammock loungers by the pool , which are truly perfect for unwinding! Although another house is nearby, it is completely screened by tall trees, ensuring total privacy.
