Villa a Sesta is a small and peaceful hamlet in the heart of the
Chianti Classico, made up of six traditional Tuscan villas built from
natural stone.
Only three of the houses are holiday rentals, while the others are private second homes, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
With open views over olive groves, vineyards and the rolling Chianti hills, Villa a Sesta is an ideal setting for a restful holiday surrounded by nature.
A shared pool completes the property and is fully fenced, making it particularly suitable for families with young children. Its location is perfect for exploring the Chianti Classico region.
The tiny village of Villa a Sesta is just a 10-minute walk away and, despite its size, is a true paradise for food lovers, with two Michelin-starred restaurants.
Several renowned wineries are close by, including Villa a Sesta winery and Podere Lecci e Brocchi, both around a 20-minute walk away.
The famous Castello di Brolio is just 5 km away, while the welcoming town of Castelnuovo Berardenga offers shops, restaurants and all essential amenities.

We spent 4-weeks at Fabio’s place. We had an amazing time. There are 3-levels to the apartment. On the main level there is a wonderful outdoor space with a table seating 6. Wonderful property right in the heart of Chianti . Wonderful restaurants near by. We stayed a month so we needed groceries and there is a village only 10 minutes away.. Sienna only 20 minutes away. All major hill towns within easy driving distance through some beautiful country side. Villa is fully equipped with everything you need. Fabio the owner is a pleasure to deal with.
