The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming 82 m² flat in Nancy, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 3rd and penultimate floor (no lift), it comprises an open-plan living and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The property also has a garage (locked garage), but please note that it is exclusively reserved for a small vehicle! The property is laid out as follows: - A living area with a sofa bed and TV - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with 1 double bed (160×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet - A locked garage (exclusively for a small vehicle) The flat is ideally situated 250 metres’ walk from Nancy railway station, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby: Schindler’s bakery, a butcher’s, a mini-market, and restaurants (Fraich’art, La Brasserie Flo-Excelsior, etc.) Transport: If you choose to travel by car, the nearby Saint-Léon pay-and-display car park is available. De stijl en inrichting van het appartement. En het beddengoed en handdoeken: goede kwaliteit!
Dat je met twee organisaties te maken hebt: Holidu en Cocoonr
De garage is NIET toegankelijk voor (middel-) grote auto's. Misschien voor hele kleintjes. Het zitcomfort kan beter (bijvoorbeeld de eetkamerstoelen). Verder kleinere gebreken aan de voorzieningen in de keuken

A great flat:
-conveniently located near the train station.
-stylish with good decorations, marble, wooden floor.
-functional with all amenities
-spacious with extra unused space/room
-if needed, the sofa-bed is handy and comfortable as both a sofa and a bed.
-no heating problem with either the air or water temperature.
I recommend.
