Welcome to this sunny first-floor condo, which is perfect for extended stays.
The home is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your long-term stay, featuring two large rooms and one hotel-style bathroom, a large living room, Kitchen with cooking utensils, and in-unit laundry.
Walking-friendly neighborhood with plenty to do in the center of town. Winchester Hospital, Tuft University, Harvard University, MIT, and Seaport Boston are also close to this property. The two rooms with queen beds have 45 inches smart TV and a plush mattress.
The smaller room is cozy and can accommodate two adults comfortably. Guests have access to on-site parking and the whole unit during their stay with us. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the property.
We are here to help! The neighborhood is very safe and a short walk to the center of town. The town is only a 5 min walk, and they have metered parking if you drive into town. We are 15 min to Boston Downtown, and 7 min to Burlington tech plaza, Stoneham Zoo, and Stoneham Reservor

Stayed at this property for a little over a week. Property is in good shape, location is convenient. Host is very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, cute, very cute area, safe, and very short drive to Boston. We really loved the area and the people we interacted with were all so friendly! The beds were very comfy too!!

The outside was not maintained. Fence was falling down, the second floor porch has a sign that said do not use. It was not safe. random toilet sitting on first floor. No batteries in the remote. Location was convenient. Unit was clean and beds comfortable.
