It is the ideal place to explore Lake Bracciano and to reach the centre of Rome within an hour by train.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with pods, moka, refrigerator and small freezer, and will give you a splendid view over the roofs of the medieval village.

The bathroom has a comfortable shower with glass stall, toilet, washbasin and bidet and is equipped with hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and intimate soap.

The furnishings combine antique and modern elements to make you feel at home.

Silence is one of the important features of the house which, thanks to the triple-layer window frames, enjoys efficient sound and heat insulation.

All the windows are fitted with anti-fall safety systems that, together with the armoured entrance door, will ensure you stay in a safe and secure environment.

The latest generation Mitsubishi air conditioning system, equipped with 3 splits, will allow you to decide the most comfortable temperature in each room.

Wi-Fi is fast and free of charge. Thanks to the fibre optic connection, you can comfortably work from home using a dedicated space with a desk.

In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will be provided with soft towels in various sizes, feather and memory form pillows, blankets, duvets and soft sheets.

Inside the flat you will find plenty of information about the area, useful numbers, suggested restaurants, places to visit, and I will personally welcome you!

The flat is located in a quiet area of the historic centre, close to shops and services and is well connected: Rome is only an hour away by train.
The train station and bus terminal are only a 10-minute walk away.
Upon request, I will be happy to pick you up from the station and accompany you to the flat.
For those arriving by car, I will be able to request permission to load and unload your luggage. It will be sufficient to tell me the number plate of your car.
The lake is about 1400 metres away and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or by public shuttle bus with a stop near the house.

Don't forget that I have been working with tourists for many years so I can organise many extra services including transfers to and from the airport/station/port, NCC car hire, guided tours with local guides, food and wine tours, truffle hunting and much more.

Useful information:
The flat is located in ZTL, a restricted traffic zone where access by car is not permitted.
(loading and unloading of luggage allowed for my guests subject to notification of local authorities)
The nearest free car park is a 10-minute walk away in Piazzale Carlo Cattaneo.
It is possible to park in all blue lines in Bracciano and pay via EASY-PAY app or with TICKET.
A 5-minute walk away there is a covered pay parking "Park and Wash" (via Giulio Volpi)

Bracciano
The medieval town of Bracciano offers an authentic atmosphere with picturesque alleys, typical restaurants, craft shops and charming corners to discover, and the Odescalchi castle dominates the town.
The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of the area, including boat tours on the lake, tasting typical dishes in the best local restaurants, visits to the villages of Anguillara Sabazia and Trevignano, and excursions in nature to discover enchanting views.
You will find a tourist office in the centre of Bracciano, where you can get further information on local events and activities.

Sports Activities
You can enjoy water sports, such as windsurfing, kayaking and paddleboarding, on Lake Bracciano.
