We are local and can respond promptly to any concerns, but we will not be on the property during your visit unless requested. • City ID: 031840 • City Requirements: The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign an additional rental agreement.
You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles after your reservation is confirmed.
