Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie.
It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor - A living room with a TV, fireplace (firewood not provided), sofa and armchairs - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area - Bedrooms 1 and 2: each with 1 king-size bed (180×200) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 3: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) - A shower room with a shower and toilet - A 16 m² terrace For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 5 m x 10 m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from June to the end of September, secured by an alarm - A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 2,500 m² - A 200 m² terrace surrounding the pool - A second wooden terrace measuring 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally situated in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (up to 4 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway stations: Avignon & Nîmes, approximately 30 km away - Nearest airport: Nîmes, approximately 30 km away Other information: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use - Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply - The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided - All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
