The accommodation has a balcony with a suggestive view of Castel Sant'Elmo, ideal for enjoying the authentic atmosphere of the historic center. The 50sqm accommodation is located on the third floor of a period building (with security from 10 am to 2 pm) with a lift and is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, TV, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Bedroom with two queen-size beds, wardrobe, split A/C and TV - Bathroom with shower box and wc with hand-shower: ATTENTION, access is from the balcony - Balcony equipped with table and chairs. Additional services available to guests: heating with heat pump, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
