Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with private balcony, conveniently located 15-minutes from Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona.
The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property.

- This building has an elevator.
- City tax is 1,75⬠per person/night for stays up to 7 consecutive nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and clothing storage; the secondary bedroom comes with a comfortable queen-sized bed; and the third bedroom includes two single beds. For extra space, thereâs also an available sofa bed in the living area.
There are two bathrooms in the accommodation, one comes with a shower and the other with a bath tub. Free toiletries and towels are provided for our guests.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to prepare a quick meal or a delicious breakfast during your stay.
Additionally, thereâs a private balcony for your personal use inside the apartment.
Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)âfor the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are at an extra cost. *Please bear in mind that the photos displayed serve as a visual reference and the layout, design and furniture of your accommodation may vary.
