Falleroni Apartment is a classic style apartment located in one of the historic buildings in the center of Recanati, a stone's throw from the main square and the main tourist attractions such as the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi.
The apartment is very large, about 110 square meters, and offers 6 total beds divided into 3 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with window; it is the ideal solution for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy a few relaxing days immersed in one of the most famous historic villages of the Marche.

Linen and towels are provided free of charge; we provide free toiletries, hairdryer, toilet paper, rugs and towels.
Toiletries: shampoo-shower, hand soap.
In the rooms there are also: mirror, wardrobe, hangers, bedside tables and lights

EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENTS
The house has a small terrace in the living area equipped with table and chairs and a small private courtyard which can be accessed from the lower floor.

Cleaning is done at each change

wifi internet available throughout the hotel for free via modem hotspot

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
the house is not equipped with air conditioning but it is very well ventilated so you don't feel the heat too much; if necessary, fans are supplied.
The heating is autonomous

CHILDREN
Children are welcome and we can provide cots and high chairs in each room upon request
I provide toys, children's books.

ACCESSIBILITY'
it is necessary to climb about 10 steps to access the apartment and another 10 to access the sleeping area of ​​the apartment

the house is located in the historic center so in summer with the windows open you can hear the shouting of people walking

your 4-legged friends are welcome but must be reported before arrival

the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as it is located on the first floor and it is necessary to climb about ten steps to access the entrance of the apartment
