Welcome to HAUS MONIKA.
The family-friendly guesthouse, built in 1996 offers 2 newly renovated holiday apartments and is located in a quiet location on the edge of the forest near the town center.
Directly on the cycling and hiking path, and close to the cross-country ski trail, you can reach the town center and the train station within a few minutes.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
TV & free Wi-Fi. Suitable for 2-6 people. We also gladly welcome four-legged traveling companions! Our cozy apartment "Isarblick" with approximately 50 sqm offers space for up to 4 persons and is located in the attic (1st floor) with a private entrance.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining & living area with sofa, a small, fine bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a bedroom with access to the balcony (with a view of the Isar). Additionally: lockable bicycle room Our family-friendly apartment "Porta-Claudia" with a size of approximately 100 sqm was newly renovated in 2024, offers space for 2 to 6 persons and is located on the ground floor with a private entrance.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, microwave, dishwasher, and seating area, 1 living room with a comfortable couch, 2 bedrooms with French double beds (1 bedroom with TV), 1 spacious bathroom with a roomy shower, double sink and own toilet, as well as 1 separate toilet; each room has its own access to the terrace/garden with garden lounge, charcoal grill, and a cozy pavilion.
Additionally: lockable bicycle/ski room. The rural Tyrolean community of Scharnitz is nestled in a fascinating mountain landscape near the Bavarian border.
In the warm summer months, Scharnitz is the ideal starting point for impressive hikes through the alpine landscape of the Karwendel Nature Park.
Untouched nature, lonely hiking destinations, and impressive expanses: On a total area of 727 square kilometers, rocky mountain formations and large forests and meadows extend.
In winter, one enjoys the quiet beauty in Scharnitz: Deeply snow-covered mountain landscapes and beautiful, moderately frequented ski trails delight winter sports fans and those seeking peace. Bedding and towels included, parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi & TV, pets upon request. Coming from Germany, turn right at the church and follow the road for about 500 m. The house is on the left side.

Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung,, sehr große Terrasse. Die Ausstattung an Elektrogeräten und sonstigem Gebrauchsgegenstšnden ist sehr gut.. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, Parkplatz vor der Tür und einen eigenen Gartenanteil. Grill vorhanden.
Bei unserem Urlaub Mitte Juni war es witterungsbedingt abends und teilweise auch tagsüber kühl. Die Heizung war nicht in Betrieb, na ja, es war aber auch Juni.
Ein Pool war in unserem Wohnbereich nicht vorhanden.

Das Doppelbett war sehr gut. Die Matratze nicht zu weich.
Die ganze Wohnung war schon und geräumig.
Es wäre hilfreich wenn der Vermieter bei den Streaming Anbietern schon angemeldet wäre, dann könnte man die Angebote des Smart TV auch nutzen.
