Bright and comfortable apartment with fantastic sea views from the terrace ideally located within walking distance to all amenities in La Cala de Mijas: bars, restaurants, supermarket, La Cala town centre, bus stop and best sandy beaches in the area with beautiful boardwalk along the seashore.
Freshly painted and partly reformed apartment located on the top first floor with private entrance.
You have to take 2 flights of steps.
The apartment consists of large high ceiling living room with dining table and access to sunny terrace with fantastic views to the sea and the pool area.
Please note that the terrace facing A7, so road noise is obvious.
Small kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee machine and microwave.
