Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Tarascon.
It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 38 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor - A 38 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160×200) with an en-suite shower room featuring a shower and toilet. Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: A queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: Two single beds - A bathroom with shower and bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private 5 x 10 m swimming pool (unheated) with an alarm, open from 1 May to 30 September - A beautiful 1,000 m² garden and a 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Tarascon, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets… Activities: - The sea and beaches are a 45-minute drive away - Les Baux-de-Provence, 17 minutes away, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France - Hiking or horse riding in the Alpilles Regional Nature Park - Tennis, Romanin gliding club (gliders and aeroplanes) overlooking the Alpilles mountains - Visit to Tarascon Castle, a medieval fortress with views from the ramparts - Fishing at the lake - Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, 7 mins away, with art galleries and the Roman ruins of Glanum to explore - Avignon 25 mins away, Arles 32 mins away, Sainte-Marie-de-la-Mer 1 hour away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly under the carport (2 spaces) and in the house’s inner courtyard. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Avignon TGV station, 20 mins by car - Nearest airport: Avignon Provence Airport, 30 mins by car Other information: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Our stay with our wonderful hosts was perfect. My family and I needed a home from home and this place delivered. Incredibly peaceful, private and located perfectly in our favourite area of Provence. We’ve already made plans to return!

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in L’ Estive. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Ruim en proper huis met veel faciliteiten. Genoten van de rustige en mooie tuin met groot zwembad en zicht op de natuur. Dichtbij mooie steden (Avignon, Arles, Nîmes) en pittoreske dorpjes. 20 minuten rijden van TGV-station in Avignon. Supermarkt ook dichtbij.

Sehr nette Gastgeber mit freundlichem Empfang. Ferienhaus wie beschrieben in schöner Umgebung. Super Pool mit sehr schöner Außenanlagen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt in unserer Urlaubswoche.
