Welcome to our beautiful house located central to Swansea. We hope you enjoy your stay!
Ideally located for family trips and business travel alike. 10 minutes from the city centre, this charming property offers a base for such activities as beach walks and shopping as well as a vast array of bars and restaurants. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home and make your stay that little bit extra special.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has major appliances such as a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, and washing machine; as well as a toaster, kettle and a microwave. Plates, dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are also provided.
We have central heating throughout the property with radiators in every room.
During your stay, why not take advantage to the large private garden to sip your morning coffee, or to relax with a beverage after a long day of sightseeing.
Fancy watching your favourite shows? Kick-back and take advantage of the properties smart TV to access your own entertainment accounts! Or play some of your favourite hits on the DAB Radio/Bluetooth speaker. There is also an aromatherapy diffuser and a small selection of books and board games to entertain all the family.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. Each has its own, individual decor to make your stay unique.
The master bedroom is vibrantly coloured, and decorated with themed wall-art and a desk space for any correspondence you may need to complete. you will find a plush double bed which allows you a sweeping view of the majestic Mumbles and Swansea Bay.
Bedroom 2 consists of , a comfortable single bed along with a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. this provides a view of the large back garden
The third bedroom contains a single bed and a trundle single bed and also provides views of the back garden.
Linen is provided for your stay.
An infants cot bed is also available. (Infant bedding not included)
The bathroom is located downstairs and consists of a bath with overhead shower and a wash basin
There is a separate WC. Towels are provided for your stay
There is also a small selection of liquid hand soap, shampoo & body wash, and body lotion.
We also have a hair dryer, fan, full length mirror, and an iron with ironing board included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- NO parties
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Only guests on the booking to be at the property. (information will be obtained via host for insurance purposes)
- There are free on-street parking parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are NOT allowed at the property.
- Be respectable to neighbours and property. i.e keep noise levels down after 10.30pm
- No illegal activities
- When checking out please place used bath towels in the bath.
