The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Morvillers-Saint-Saturnin.
It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 400 m² for you to enjoy.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living room with a TV, sofas, a double sofa bed and a fireplace - A fully equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedrooms 1 and 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) - A shower room with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, barbecue and plancha (on request), fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A beautiful, south-facing private garden of 400 m² - An 18 m² terrace and a 12 m² pergola with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Ideally situated in Morvillers-Saint-Saturnin, this house, nestled in the heart of lush greenery, invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.
Surrounded by apple and pear trees, it offers an idyllic setting shared with horses, ponies, goats and chickens that live around the property.
Nearby, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a local market. Things to do: - Château de Digeon Flower Garden - Auchy Abbey - Domaine Le Tropico - Château de Dromesnil - Medieval Park “À l’écoute de la nature” Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - The nearest railway station is Fouilloy, a 6-minute drive away - The nearest airport is Paris Beauvais Tillé, a 45-minute drive away Other notes: - Fireplace: firewood is provided free of charge. - Bed linen and towels included. – Pets are allowed for an additional charge of €15 per stay: please let us know before your stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

A lovely place to stay, Catherine was a very helpful and friendly host. A Perfectly positioned place to explore eastern Normandy. Close to the supermarket and local villages with other ameneties. Amazing garden for people and dogs to relax. There was a 13 Euro fee for our greyhound.

Aankomst en de entree waren een prettige verrassing. Het huis bleef zich meer en meer onthullen. Steeds weer prettige verrassingen en alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben, is er. En de tuin, zo rustig en groot. Heerlijk tot rust gekomen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war super schön! Es lag sehr ruhig und war perfekt zum Abschalten mit Freunden. Der große Garten war super idyllisch und für unseren Hund perfekt, da er komplett eingezäunt war. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und herumgeführt und im Kühlschrank hat frischer, selbstgemachter Apfelsaft auf uns gewertet! Wir würden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen :)
