The apartment has a large living room with integrated kitchen and dining area. All floors are fitted with laminate. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower arm.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. The apartment is very centrally located (2 minutes to the beach and 4 minutes to the center, 8 minutes to the train station).

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €19 per person.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.

The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties and children up to the age of 5.

Warnemünde is a small fishing village with numerous stores and restaurants. The town has a small theater, a museum, a swimming pool and a cinema. There is a seal sanctuary in the immediate vicinity. We recommend a visit to the zoo in Rostock, a trip to Rövershagen for the farmers' market and a trip to Bad Doberan to see Doberan Minster.
