The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Aix-les-Bains, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower).
Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we are just waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: On the ground floor: - A bright 30 m² living room with cathedral ceilings, TV and sofa. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
First floor: - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron.
The flat is ideally located in Aix-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
What to do : - National thermal baths - Cycling - Water sports - Hiking - Skiing Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Aix les Bains-Le Revard station, about 4 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Annecy Mont-Blanc airport, about 30 minutes by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets accepted free of charge.
Only one pet per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
