This spacious three-bedroom apartment is located in a peaceful rural setting within the hillside complex of La Mairena, Ojén, just behind Elviria.
The secure and gated development features a large communal swimming pool, offering a tranquil environment surrounded by nature.

The dining area provides seating for six guests.
From the lounge, doors lead onto the main terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs and sun loungers.
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay and there is also a smaller terrace accessed from the dining area, featuring a gas BBQ.
The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, direct access to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment.

The apartment is spacious with lovely marble everywhere. The views from almost every room are incredible, and the terrace enjoys a 180 degree view of the sea.
