Located south without vis-à-vis, in a quiet residence where we hear the birds, this friendly and warm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
It includes: - a bedroom with a double bed; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a functional shower room; - a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm. Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, hair dryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, iron, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Franprix" is 5 minutes walk. If you like to stroll through the markets, the market of Saint-Denis, one of the largest in Europe, is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as: - the Théatre Gérard Philippe 5 minutes walk; - the Basilique de Saint-Denis 10 minutes away; - 6b, cultural and artistic centre 15 minutes away; - parc Georges Valbon, one of the largest parks in the Île-de-France region, 30 minutes by public transport; - the city of Paris 30 minutes away, accessible by Saint-Denis train station (line H and D), or by metro (stop Basilique), and many more.
