For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: an iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - An enclosed terrace (conservatory with garden furniture) to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
Just a stone’s throw from the town centre and the harbour, this flat offers you excellent access to all the town’s attractions, restaurants, shops and so on. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s secure covered car park, in a private space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes railway station (10 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique (1 hour 20 minutes by car) On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Bel appartement, bien aménagé.
Proposer un mode d’emploi pour bien régler les radiateurs et adapter la température des pièces selon les moments de la journée (matin, journée, soirée, nuit), surtout pendant les saisons pluvieuses en Bretagne.

nous avons passé un séjour parfait.
l appartement est parfaitement propre, très spacieux, la literie est de très bonne qualité.
l environnement est très calme, et la grande véranda très appréciable.
je conseille vivement ce logement.
