Cocoonr/Book&Pay invites you to stay in this charming house with breathtaking ocean views, located in Clohars-Carnoët. Nestled at the end of a dead-end road, this house enjoys a peaceful, car-free environment, frequented only by walkers.
Just 400 m from the beach and 300 m as the crow flies from the ocean, it's surrounded by fields, offering an unspoilt setting. Below, you'll find a magnificent Breton cove known as Roche Percée.
With a surface area of 120 m², this house can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It features a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi is included, and all that's missing is you to take full advantage of this seaside haven of tranquility!
The accommodation (south-facing) is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 45 m² living room with bright lounge area (sofas, TV)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x200) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
A laundry room
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 single bed (90x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
- A study
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- 300 m² private, enclosed garden
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 3 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Quimperlé, approx. 13 km away
- Nearest airport: Lorient, approx. 21 km

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
