Fine country-style wooden flooring and carefully selected details combine Alpine character with clean, modern architecture. Here, you enjoy the freedom and privacy of your own apartment, complemented by the comfort and amenities of a first-class residence.
The A-VITA Viktoria Residenzen**** are an ideal retreat for anyone who values tranquillity, quality and panoramic mountain views, without giving up proximity to Seefeld’s lively centre. Your sophisticated demands of modern living at home you here enjoy combined with the amenities of a hotelservice. Free: underground parking, W-LAN, sauna, and infrared cabin. For a fee: pet € 30,- per day, up to 15 kg and a maximum height of 40 cm Additionally, there is the option to book a hotel service directly with us (please in advance). This includes daily cleaning and linen change, bed linen change once a week. Drive to the centre of Seefeld and continue to Hohe Munde Straße 589. Location in a good and quiet

The only thing I would like to change - ski room. It needs to be renovated.
