In the heart of the Vercors Natural Park, perfectly suited to a stay for 2 or 3 families, the house has been completely renovated respecting the original materials. 150m from Via Vercors, ideal for safe walks or bike rides, it is halfway between Lans en Vercors and Villard de Lans, enjoys an exceptional view of the mountains of the plateau, and is surrounded by greenery.
All equipment is new and top of the line.
For 10 to 12 people, the house is composed on the ground floor, dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge freezer, induction hob, microwave, food processor, Nespresso).
Living room with television and wood-burning stove.
A bedroom with a 160cm bed, an open bathroom, an independent private WC.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Independent WC.
First floor, Three bedrooms with two 80*200 beds that can be joined together, with a mattress topper, into a 160*200 bed.
A bedroom with two 80*200 beds that can be combined into a 160*200 bed and a 90*190 trundle bed.
Two bathrooms with shower and sink.
A separate WC.
Private garden. fenced, exposed South-West.
Garden table (chairs, charcoal barbecue).
Pk priv. for 3 to 4 cars behind the house out of sight.
The house is completely private (no space is shared) & non-smoking (No parties).

The shops of Lans are accessible in 5 minutes by car (pharmacy, delicatessen, cellar, bakery, market, greengrocer, restaurants, doctors).
An Intermarché, a large organic store and a petrol station are 5 minutes by car in the direction of Villard.
The center of Villard (all shops, analysis laboratory) 10 minutes by car. 3 swimming pools (Villard-de-Lans, Autrans and Méaudre) as well as a body of water for children in Lans. 4 alpine and Nordic ski resorts (Lans en Vercors, Villard-de-Lans, Autrans and Méaudre) are 20 minutes away by car.
