We are located in La Thuile, an Alpine resort famous for its ski slopes and peaceful atmosphere, close to Courmayeur; the perfect solution for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the valley in an authentic setting.

The accommodation comprises living room, kitchen, shared garden (I level); 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large balcony (II level).


The interior space is organised as follows
I LEVEL

- LIVING AND DINING AREA with two sofas, TV, tables and benches.

- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, oven, coffee machine, moka, toaster and other kitchen utensils, washing machine.

- BATHROOM with bathtub with hand shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.


II LEVEL-UNDER ROOF (access via INTERNAL STAIRWAY)

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, wardrobe with drawers.

- BALCONY

- GARDEN shared with the other guests of the condominium.


FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: central heating, hairdryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, washing machine in the kitchen, ski storage room on the ground floor.

- NO WIFI.

- NO AIR CONDITIONING.

- Pay CLOSE attention if travelling with small children to: INSIDE staircase and BALCONY (see photo).

- Ceiling height decreases in the two bedrooms.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The accommodation guarantees easy access to the slopes, which are only 10 m away; you can reach the flat directly on skis! The area is famous for its mountains, including Mont Blanc (30 minutes by car), ideal for skiers and mountaineers. The nearby Val Ferret (39 minutes by car) is a summer hiking paradise. Not far away is also the Petit St Bernard, an ancient mountain pass linking Italy and France.

- La Cremerie Caffe (bar): 4 min on foot;

To reach the accommodation you can use different means of transport, depending on your location

- If you are travelling by car, there is the possibility of parking (free of charge from 3 December to 20 April and against payment from 25 June to 10 September) in the street below the accommodation (BLUE LINED STREETS).

- If you are travelling by bus, the ‘Golette’ bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

- If travelling by train: From Aosta railway station you can take bus 581 to Palleusieux, then bus 573 to the ‘Funivia’ stop.
