- The accommodation is only 100 metres from the beach, 200 metres from the SNCF railway station and is close to all amenities necessary for the comfort of your stay.
- Fully equipped linens, towels, vanity kits and a few coffee capsules will be provided.

- There is no air conditioning in the apartment.
- You will have one set of keys at your disposal.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator.

To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal:

- A well-equipped kitchen: hotplates, hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
- A comfortable bedroom: double bed, bedside tables.
- A neat bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, mirror, storage furniture, towel rail.
- Independent toilets are at your disposal.

You can also enjoy the outdoor area equipped with a pleasant terrace with plants, a table and chairs.


 The apartment is located near Juan les Pins, a stone's throw from the beach, in the heart of the Côte-d´Azur, between Cannes and Antibes. The chic resort town of Juan-les-Pins is known for its long, sandy beaches and for its seafront promenade lined with stylish open-air restaurants, fashion boutiques and modern apartment buildings. A little further inland, small streets include cocktail bars and nightclubs, and the Parc des Jardins de la Pinède hosts the Jazz à Juan festival every summer. You will find yourself near the Cheminat et Cie bakery, the U Express supermarket and the Golf pharmacy.
