The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Le Grau-du-Roi offers this charming 37 m² apartment for rent, less than 150 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, an attractive bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 18 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, Thermomix, croque monsieur maker and dining area.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in the pleasant Boucanet district of Le Grau-du-Roi. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private, secure parking lot (one private space).

- Nearest train station: Le Grau du Roi, approx. 1.5 km away
