The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 140 m² house with sea view for rent in Penvénan, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a 2,000 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, table football
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area.
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
- A laundry room
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 4: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and 2 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² private, unfenced garden (bordered by a hedge of trees). Mainly located at the front of the house facing the sea, it features soccer cages for lively games.
- A first terrace of 39 m² on the kitchen side, facing south and with sea view, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second terrace of 10 m² on the lounge side, with garden table.
The house is ideally located in Penvénan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lannion, approx. 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest, approx. 105 km away

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
