Spacious and cosy 40 sqm flat, sleeping up to 4 people, on the 1st floor of a house (WITHOUT LIFT with steps to access it).
The property is located on the Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo promenade, where you can enjoy a wonderful walk to the Port and reach the Basilica of Maria Santissima Assunta and the historic centre of Trani.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony and 1 parking space in the basement garage.
The interior space is organised as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (methane hob, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and various kitchen utensils), with double sofa bed, table with chairs, TV, split A/C, access to balcony.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, split A/C, access to balcony.
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC.
- 2 BALCONIES (access from LIVING ROOM and BEDROOM respectively).
FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited WI FI, independent heating, air conditioning via split A/C (1 living room and 1 bedroom, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, 1 private covered parking space in basement garage (NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGE VEHICLES).
