An Marghty is a light and bright ground floor apartment situated on Carthew Terrace which overlooks Man’s Head and the iconic Porthmeor Beach. Accessed from the rear through a lovely, welcoming patio garden and private parking area, with a comfy sitting room, well-equipped kitchen, modern shower room and 2 good-sized bedrooms - 1 boasting a king-sized bed and the other twin beds - An Marghty is the ideal destination for both couples and family holidays.
Just a short walk down the hill you are on Porthmeor Beach where you can access the coastal path to Zennor and just moments from the historic heart of St Ives known as Downalong. With its narrow streets and abundance of galleries, cafes and restaurants, An Marghty is in an ideal location to enjoy all that St Ives offers.

Sitting room: Spacious and comfortable space with 2 x 2-seater settees, electric ‘log-burner’ effect fire, Smart TV and rug.
Bedroom 1: sea views across to The Island, a bright spacious room with king-sized bed, rocking chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV with Freeview.
Bedroom 2: attractive and bright twin bedroom with wardrobe.
