The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² house for rent in Névez, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 30 m² enclosed and private terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in the village of Port Manech in Névez, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The nearest beach is 450 m away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Rosporden, about 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Lorient, approx. 44 km away

- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Steep stairs
