Cocoonr agency offers this charming 70 m² house for rent in Névez, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

We're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90x190) ideal for children For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 30 m² enclosed and private terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in the village of Port Manech in Névez, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The nearest beach is 450 m away. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Rosporden, about 16 km away - Nearest airport: Lorient, approx. 44 km away Other information : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Steep stairs - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
