Welcome to Alpenhaus Julia!
Nestled in the heart of Reit im Winkl, one of Bavaria’s most beautiful climatic health resorts, Alpenhaus Julia offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.
Our seven holiday apartments are situated in a quiet yet central location in the village center of Reit im Winkl. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in the Chiemgau region among friends, surrounded by a family-friendly atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Austrian Kaiser Mountains. Our house is the perfect starting point for wonderful hikes, day trips, outdoor activities, alpine sports, and cross-country skiing. Thanks to the variety of apartment sizes, singles, families, and groups alike will feel at home here. The total of 17 beds can be combined flexibly to suit your needs.

As a partner accommodation of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card program, you can enjoy additional complimentary benefits alongside our own services. These include free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, as well as access to the eastern lakeshore and lakeside promenade at Walchsee.
Environment description
Our house is located in the picturesque village center, just a short walk from the Reit im Winkl Tourist Information Office and the hiking trails that begin right behind it. The ski schools, the free winter shuttle bus to the Winklmoosalm cable car, and the groomed cross-country ski trails are also only a few steps away.
About the host
After my wife spent much of her childhood in her second home in the Tyrolean Alps and I myself lived for several years in the Swiss mountains, we are now fulfilling a lifelong dream by taking over Alpenhaus Julia.
We have always been passionate hikers and winter sports enthusiasts. Our goal is to provide you with the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday and to help create wonderful memories that will stay with you for years to come.

Take advantage of the benefits of the inclusive card, free services, and discounts even on the day of arrival (e.g., free ride up to the Winklmoos-Alm, participation in guided hikes, etc.). Please ask your landlord for the inclusive card upon arrival!
Visitor's tax per person/night throughout the year
Adults * 3.00 euros
Children and young people** 1.50 euros
Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of
100% and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from visitor's tax.
For severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80-99%, the visitor's tax is half the amount.

** from the age of 6 to the age of 16
Baby cots, high chairs and sledges/bobsleighs are available free of charge on request.
Towels and laundry facilities are available for a fee.
A large communal kitchen with dartboard and cosy seating area, as well as an infrared cabin, is available free of charge for all apartments.

Mit dem Auto fahren Sie auf der Autobahn München-Salzburg entweder über Abfahrt 106 Bernau/Prien, dann auf der deutschen Alpenstraße Richtung Reit im Winkl. Alternativ können sie ab Rosenheim über die Inntalautobahn Richtung Abfahrt Oberaudorf (keine österreichische Maut erforderlich) und dann über das österreichische Kössen nach Reit im Winkl. Die Entfernung ist über beide Strecken praktisch identisch, am besten beachten Sie die aktuelle Verkehrslage.

Trotz der ruhigen Lage liegt das Haus sehr zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichen (Dorfmitte mit Geschäften, Gaststätten, Eisdielen, Freibad etc. ).
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Es war ein rundherum toller Aufenthalt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten sogar zwischendurch unsere Wäsche waschen. Die Hunde und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit :)
