The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 150m² house for rent in Asnelles, with an exceptional view of the D-Day beach and direct access to the beach. It can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It comprises a living room, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 574 m². Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- The living room includes a large oak dining table with benches, seating up to 10 people.
You can relax on two sofas and enjoy a coffee table. The television is equipped with a Box and Wi-Fi connection (fibre) is available for your entertainment needs.
- The kitchen has an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and extractor fan, toaster, coffee maker and crockery.
There is also a sea-facing table for 4 people and a kitchen table for 6 to 10 people.
- Three double bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed for optimum comfort.
- The shower room includes a washbasin, a spacious shower and a washer-dryer for added convenience.
- Separate WC.
Upstairs:
- The dormitory has four single beds, including two 90 cm beds and two 80 cm beds, as well as storage lockers for your belongings. A cot is also available for families.
- There is a dedicated TV area, ideal for relaxing.
- The bathroom has both a shower and a bath, offering a practical choice for your wellbeing needs.
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- The house benefits from direct access to the beach and a petanque court for your moments of relaxation.
- A beautiful 574 m² garden and a 150 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
Nearby, in the village of Asnelles, you'll find shops such as a mini-market with newspapers, a bakery, the Asnelles biscuit factory and several restaurants. An oyster and seafood park is just 100 metres away, and a sailing school is also available nearby.
What to do :
- Visit the D-Day museums
- Windsurfing, diving and canoeing, boat trips at sea
- Possibility of cycling thanks to numerous cycle paths
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private courtyard, for up to 4 vehicles.
