The open-plan kitchen is fitted and equipped with everything you need to feel at home and enjoy a delicious meal: microwave, hob, extractor fan, storage space, basic equipment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, etc...
The bedroom promises peaceful moments with its 180x200 double bed, storage space and desk area. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge with this accommodation.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, heated towel rail and WC. There is also a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.

Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Please note that this flat is the owners' main residence. Therefore, they live in the flat and rent it out when they are away, allowing travellers to stay in an authentic domestic environment. The owners are happy to make their equipment available to you and to provide you with cupboard space to organise your belongings. However, please respect their privacy and do not open cupboards that are closed/marked as private.
Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know.
